Take the Ibuprofen alongside Parcetamol, and also take it alongside a can of cola. Yes, my doctor actually told me to do this so it is safe and works for me 90% of the time with period pain.
full dose ibuprofen, half dose paracetamol (also works other way round depending on what you need) - told to me by pharmacist. I'd recommend it for muscular back pain/inflammation *nods*
