This is a really stupid question, yes I know it is, but do you get enough calcium? I have several friends have miraculous results from taking extra calcium supplements.
Hmm, interesting. Mind you, reading some articles that mention calcium supplements has me wondering if I ought to talk to a Doctor about this - you're not supposed to get stabby pains, dull pelvic aches, constipation and irregular bleeding with primary dysmenorrhea. Of course, I probably won't because he'll only say what the last doctor said. ("Are you having problems at school?")
Erm... this area of medicine has come a long way in terms of people not being told it's all in their head any more so I'd definitely say it's worth going to a doctor and a gynaecologist at that.
